On the 20th Hayley is going to our main actors house (Adam Lloyd) and shooting photo's of him for both our magazine cover and poster.

Finished Product.

This is our final trailer for our product.

Even though missing our first shooting I was able to attend our second shooting and be involved in the camera and directing.

Extra Footage.

After finishing the editing for our trailer we realised that we did not have enough footage to make up our full product so have decided to shoot more footage on the first of December, which will be incorperated into our final trailer as flashbacks, so the continuity of the trailer isn't ruined.

I have updated my production shcedule in accordance to this.

The girls, when shooting, tested to see what lights they would use to create various desired effects and in the end decided that natural lighting would the best to create more of an realistic effect.

I am unable to attend the shooting of my trailer today, as I am fnancially unavailable. Even though i am missing the shooting of the trailer, I will be heavily invovled in the editing and ancillary tasks.

Location move.

Due to our previous plan of using the car park in Coventry falling through we have decided to move location to the Bridgefoot Car Park  Stratford-upon-avon. We have gained permission to use tis and will commence our shooting on the 21st. Also we will be able to use the black car.

Contingency Plan

In gaining a permit to film in a multi-story car park in coventry we have contacted a man called Mike O'Connor who works for the company CV One, he has been very helpful in trying to gain a permit for us, however we have not been able to gain one due a to a number of reasons with the companies who own the car parks.

Also, due our protagonist dropping out we have issues with filming our car scenes before our car of choice is no longer available.

In case of any inconveniences which change our plans for our final product we have constructed a contingency plan. This includes:

-A location move to the car park opposite the train station, Stratford-upon-avon.
- A location move to one of the multi story car parks in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
- Earlier filming of exterior of car.
-Interior filming to be shot inside a different vehicle.

Animatics

This is our animatics which will give us a very basic layout for our trailer. This is important as it allows us to plan in more detail our trailer ideas, giving more visualization to our idea.

I decided that I would annotate my script idea to give me more of a clear idea of what shots I would like to use in our groups trailer. This helped me visualize my storyboard and I used it as a guide.

Font Ideas

 Results

The most popular font was Arial Black Bold with a space inbetween the characters. It won with 14 votes and Arial Unicode Ms with spaces came second. Our group will take the information from this research and use it to influence our final products.

To decide on a font our group choose a selection of fonts that we thought could be suitable for our final product. We made a shortlist, then asked our target audience to choose their favourite font they thought would suit our product. Here are the results:

They are our initial ideas of locations for filming our trailer, these are appropriate for our setting as they are in an urban location and are the types of car parks we are looking for. We will visit all four and decide from this which one is the most suitable for our trailer.
